Hello, @一夏 覃
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform!
Since your question was posted in the Microsoft English forum, I will answer your question in English next, so please understand the inconvenience caused.
First, make sure your mailboxes are not in the middle of a migration, which may be the cause of the problem. If not, check that the retention policy and tag configuration is correct, including confirming that the MRM retention policy has been assigned to the target mailbox as well as applied to the correct folder (e.g., Inbox, Sent Messages, or other custom folders). It is recommended to verify the specific configuration using commands such as Get-RetentionPolicy, Get-RetentionPolicyTag, etc., and to check the last runtime of the Managed Folder Assistant (MFA) to ensure that it is executing properly. In addition, if possible, you can export or post the existing configuration for comparison and analysis to ensure that the configuration is correct.
Secondly, analyze the retention and deletion time of emails to verify whether there are other retention policies or default settings overriding the current policy, focusing on checking whether the retention deadline of email items meets the expectation and whether the policies are overriding each other, or you can choose to recreate a new policy to see if there is any effect. Also, make sure that mailboxes are not being affected by pending transactions, database issues, or other errors that are affecting the MRM policy in effect by checking the mailbox database status and Exchange Server event logs.
Finally, assess whether there are multiple MRM policy conflicts. Confirm whether the target mailboxes are assigned multiple retention policies at the same time, and whether there are any overlapping or conflicting policy rules. If necessary, try to reapply a single policy and manually trigger the Managed Folder Assistant (using the Start-ManagedFolderAssistant -Identity <UserMailbox> command) to detect the effective situation If necessary, try to reapply the single policy and manually trigger the Managed Folder Assistant (using the Start-ManagedFolderAssistant -Identity <user mailbox> command) to test the effect.
