"We are experiencing 50% non-compliant devices after removing the Cylance endpoint solution and rolling out CrowdStrike. Many affected devices display the SyncML (500) error: '2016345612 - The recipient encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.' Does anyone have insights or troubleshooting steps for this issue?

Has anyone encountered this issue before, and what troubleshooting steps would you recommend?
