Hi @iNETKO Solutions
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.
1.You must be an account administrator or service administrator on the membership you want to move. If you are not already, the current owner must allow you to allow you.
2.The current owner must use the Azure portal to start transfer.
3.Transfer involves converting Account administrator to your account. This does not affect resources or services in membership, only administrator account.
4.Sometimes Azure Active Directory (AAD) or other membership level restrictions can affect the transfer, so remember to review them in advance.
- When the transfer starts, you will receive a notice, and you must accept the change to complete the process.
Step for Transfer:
The current administrator signs in to the Azure portal.
Navigate to Subscriptions > Select the subscription.
In the Subscription settings, select Access control (IAM).
Under the Role assignments tab, select Add and assign the Owner role to your account.
Once you’ve been assigned as the Owner, you’ll be the new Account Administrator after the transfer is complete.
