Unable to request a pool quota increase (set to 0) in Azure Batch account

I created a new batch account and noticed that the current quota for 'Pools' is set to 0. When I try to request a quota increase, there is no option to select the pool quota specifically, only active jobs – see the screenshots below. Is there another way to request a pool quota increase?

There are limits on certain resources associated with the Batch service. Many of these limits are default quotas applied by Azure at the subscription or account level.

Click on Request Quota Increase>>User's image Select Quota type>>Batch>>Click on Next

    In Additional Details>>Problem Details>>Request Details>>Select Location>>Quota type>>Batch Account>>Select the VM series which you required>>add Limit>>Click Save and Continue.

User's image Fill your details and click on next

User's image Validate and click review + create.

Once request is raised, you will be getting the details.
