SSMS Not allowing me to filter Databases

Hi.
I am running a SQL EXPRESS Server on SSMS 2018. Normally on other VMs I can filter by Database Name, on this server which is my new main server, that option is greyed out with no reason why.
I currently cannot find any resources that explain why!
