How to fix the drag and drop feature inside of Sharepoint?

Good afternoon,

I am having an issue were the drag and drop from SharePoint will not work, this is whether its being moved inside SharePoint as well as to Outlook.

I have cleared the cache, tried it in an incognito tab, tried multiple folders, used different browsers including incognito mode and checked other users and the results are the same.

No one seems to have a fix for this but it is annoying.

Are there any further tips or suggestions you can make?
