Copilot Studio gives Error when retrieving data from the knwoledge source

I get this error when my copilot agent attempts to retrieve information from the knowledge source. Sometimes it does pull the data but most times this is the error I get. Please advise on what can be done to resolve this because it was working fine before I published the agent.

Ensure that the queries are correctly formulated and are expected to return results.
