How to Share a Custom Copilot of Agent with Work team

I have tried creating a custom Copilot and an Agent. But I cannot share them with my Team (on Microsoft teams). Do they need a Copilot Studio Licence to be able to use my Custom Copilots? All the Knowledge in the Custom Copilot feeds off the our Team's share point docs that we all have access to.
