How to Request a Quota Increase for Computer Vision with a Basic Support Plan?

I noticed that my Azure Computer Vision metrics show a high number of rate-limited requests, so I want to submit a quota increase request.

While creating a support ticket, I saw the message: "With your Basic support plan, you can create support requests for billing, subscription management, and quota increase."

However, I don’t see an option to proceed without upgrading my support plan. How can I request a quota increase while still on the Basic support plan?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

Please confirm if you were not able to request a Quota increase from the New Quota Request page as well.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/quotas/quickstart-increase-quota-portal

    1. Navigate to Quotas:
      • In the Azure Portal, In the search bar at the top, type "Quotas" and select the Quotas option from the search results.
    2. Select the Appropriate Service:
      • On the Quotas page, choose the service for which you need a quota increase. For Azure Computer Vision, select the relevant category (e.g., Cognitive Services).
    3. Initiate a New Quota Request:
      • Within the selected service's quota page, identify the specific quota you wish to increase.
      • Click on New Quota Request.
    4. Provide Necessary Details:
      • Specify the new limit you are requesting.
      • Provide any additional information that may support your request.
    5. Submit the Request:
      • Review your request and submit it.

If you do not see the option to proceed without upgrading your support plan, there might be an issue or limitation specific to your subscription.
