Does Configuration Manager still release in LTSC? If yes, which version is the latest one?

Agree with Jose Benjamin Solis Nolasco. Configuration Manager now is known as Configuration Manager current branch.
Per my experience, unfortunately Configuration Manager will no longer release in LTSC. Microsoft plans to release updates for Configuration Manager current branch a few times per year. Each update version remains in support for 18 months from its general availability release date.
