How can I fix the deletion of an account if I don't have the backup ?
Hi, I have a big problem
I want to change the security information of my educational account, before I had the 2 step authentication with the Microsoft Authenticator app and the account appeared 2 times, I went into the settings of my phone to remove one but as they were linked both were removed and when I went back to add my educational account to the application the following happens Connected account
This account is used to sign in to other apps on this device (but it is the same device where I had the account I just deleted it by accident)
Problems
1 - Specify the code
Enter the code displayed in the Authenticator app on your mobile device
Problem 1: As I don't have access and I get the message in the app “Connected account” I can't generate any code.
2 - Approve the login request
Open the Authenticator app and type in the number shown to sign in.
Problem 2: Similar to problem 1, I can't receive approval from the application either. 3 - No method works
Problem 3: When trying to search for an alternative like:
- “I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now”.
- Having problems? Sign in another way, log in
- Enter the following url https://aka.ms/mfasetup I always get looped in problem 1 and 2, if you can help me or add a link to some support I am very grateful.
P.S. At the moment I can access services like outlook but if for example I want to access another service, it asks me for the same authentication.
