I'm the only admin for a workplace 365 Business Premium account and I need my authentication reset

I am the only admin for a 365 Business Premium account via the Microsoft Tech for Social Impact program. I did something with my authenticator app on my phone and am no longer able to access it. I've tried different things but each time end up having to enter a number from my authenticator app which I cannot access.

NOTE: I posted the above in an earlier question. I received the following response:

For your scenario, I have the following suggestions for you. 1, You can access to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ with your account and update your security info to see if it could remove the previous the Microsoft Authenticator authentication and add again with a new Phone. 2, You can contact our dedicated data protection support team directly for assistance. You can find the support phone numbers by country or region here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/support-contact-info?view=o365-worldwide . 3, You can post a new thread and add tag "Microsoft Entra ID" to see if they can help you open case to reset your authentication.

The first option did not work because I cannot access my authenticator account.

I'm trying the third option with this new thread to see if someone can reset my authentication. If this doesn't work I'll place a call to the data protection support team.

    The issue relates to a tenant lockout situation where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary admin rights to re-register MFA.

    To resolve this, we engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. Please connect with our support team via the ticket, and they will assist you in resolving the issue.
