I'm the only admin for a workplace 365 Business Premium account and cannot access my authenticator app

I am the only admin for a 365 Business Premium account via the Microsoft Tech for Social Impact program. I did something with my authenticator app on my phone and am no longer able to access it. I've tried different things but each time end up having to enter a number from my authenticator app which I cannot access.

    @Craig Mulder, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know you are the only admin for your tenant. But it is unable to access.

    For your scenario, I have the following suggestions for you.

    1, You can access to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ with your account and update your security info to see if it could remove the previous the Microsoft Authenticator authentication and add again with a new Phone.

    2, You can contact our dedicated data protection support team directly for assistance. You can find the support phone numbers by country or region here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/support-contact-info?view=o365-worldwide .

    3, You can post a new thread and add tag "Microsoft Entra ID" to see if they can help you open case to reset your authentication.
