According to this documentation, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/defender-for-cloud/defender-for-servers-overview#plan-protection-features, Defender for Servers Plan 1 Supports endpoints and leverages near real-time threat detection using Defender for Endpoint EDR capabilities.
According to this, If you have Defender for server Plan 1 you do not need to pay for 'Defender for endpoint'. I hope this is helpful.
