Was trying to go to the URL linked in the training article and it redirects to https://businessstore.microsoft.com/en-us/store which is what I remember from a couple of years ago. It has a DNS lookup error and when I check the "https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/businessstore.microsoft.com" it says the site is down.
https://status.cloud.microsoft/ indicates everything is fine.
