Request for Rescheduling Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) Exam Using Existing Voucher

Dear Microsoft Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the rescheduling of my Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) exam, originally scheduled for February 10th at 4:15 PM. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the exam due to an issue with my ID card. I was informed by Pearson team that I need to reschedule the exam, and I was given a case number related to this issue.

However, I recently received an email stating that I cannot reschedule the exam and that I need to either apply for a new registration using a different voucher or pay additional fees. As my company has not issued another voucher for me, I am unable to cover the cost of a new exam.

Given these circumstances, I kindly request that you allow me to reschedule the exam using the original voucher with which I had registered. I would greatly appreciate your understanding and assistance, as I am unable to incur any additional costs at this time.
