Teams Outgoing Webhook works for me but can't be run by my teammates

I have a simple python server hosted on my machine using NGROK. The server listens for an outgoing webhook from teams that runs a script. The webhook works fine for me but when my teammates "@mention" the webhook it doesn't hit the server. I'm not sure why this is, because if it can reach it from teams when I hit it why wouldn't it work when they do. My first thought is because it's hosted on my machine but NGROK says it "exposes local web servers to the internet" so if I take that at face value maybe it's a teams issue?

Could you please verify the webhook configuration to ensure everything is set up correctly?

Confirm that the webhook is properly configured in the Teams admin center.

Verify that the webhook URL is accurate and accessible from the internet.

Additionally, please check the NGROK configuration:

Ensure that NGROK is running and the tunnel is active.

Verify that the NGROK URL is reachable from the internet.

Lastly, review your firewall and network settings:

Check if any firewall or network restrictions might be blocking requests from your teammates' machines.
