OKay so third party client provided BPO CSRs with the use of Microsoft Auth; Microsoft Auth gave an error message with "your organization needs more information about you" - Auth prompted that I have download Microsoft Intune in order to register my device with their credentials. I did so. Now I am locked out of my own personal device because of Intune and it is asking me for a password that I have never set up or was given. I assume it's because the third party client associated my account with corporate internal employee group? they are not able to assist in anyway - they are confused as to how I "managed to get Intune" on my phone despite my explaining. Someone please help!

For this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:

1.Is it an android device? and is it successfully managed by intune?

2.If yes, please contact the company admin to check if he can reset your device's passcode in intune portal.
