Dear Microsoft Q & A Support Team,

I am encountering an issue with my custom Microsoft Teams application after deploying it to my organization. While the app functions correctly on my local machine, upon deployment, it can be added to the organization; however, its content does not display, resulting in a blank screen or the message "There was a problem reaching the app."

No01

My custom app display in my local machine as below,

No02

Application Details:

Application Type: Custom Microsoft Teams App (Developed Using Teams Toolkit)

Development Environment: Local machine (Working fine)

Deployment Environment: Organization

Hosting Platform: Azure free trial

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

Cleared Teams Cache: Cleared the Teams cache to resolve potential issues.

Checked App Permissions: Ensured that the app is allowed in the Teams Admin Center.

Verified App Deployment: Confirmed that the app is properly deployed and visible in the Teams web client.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I would appreciate your assistance in identifying and resolving this problem. Please let me know if you require any additional information.

Thank you for your support.
