The E5 subscription of the 365 Developer Program has been disabled, the activation button is grayed out, and the dashboard interface cannot be opened. How to extend and resubscribe?

The E5 subscription for the 365 Developer Program has been deactivated and cannot be resubscribed. I need to renew the subscription. How can I do this? pls open the way to resubscribe.

@bingsunny, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I find your issue is with Microsoft 365 Developer subscription which we are not familiar with. Windows 365 tag is mainly focus on cloud PC issue. For your issue, based on my researching, I find you have 30 days after your subscription expires to migrate any data. For the next 30 days, only the admin will have access to the subscription, and on day 60, the subscription and all data will be deleted.
