I keep getting kicked out of the remote desktop for my work. I receive these two error codes. How do I fix this so I stop getting kicked out of the remote desktop.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

To further troubleshoot the RDP issue, please kindly try below steps:

1.Open Event Viewer and navigate to Microsoft > Windows > TerminalServices and check if there's any error logged in "TerminalServices-LocalSessionManager" and "TerminalServices-RemoteConnectionManager"

2.Check if issue arise on network layer:

Please open CMD window and run below command:

Ping XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX (Server IP address) -t

to keep testing TCP connection. Check if the TCP connection is still active when error occurs.

3.Check if RDP service works or not:

Open Task manager and go to "Services" tab, search for "Terminal Service" and observe if it's running when issue occurs.

To help other customers who may be facing the same issue, please don't forget to vote if the reply is helpful.

    Best Regards

    I experience the same issue.

    1. RDP service works properly.
    2. There are no related logs in the "TerminalServices-LocalSessionManager" and "TerminalServices-RemoteConnectionManager".
    3. No issues at the network layer.

    What can I additionally approach?
