Hello. Our company is a manufacturer of hardware and for over 10 years, we have submitted drivers to Microsoft for cross signing. Have another 2 drivers that need the same and attempting to access our Microsoft Partner Center account. While we see that we are enrolled in the Hardware program, the account reports to be deactivated. What is the issue? This is our 3rd day of attempting to find a single point of contact for support on this quirk. OSR forum is reporting that many many developers are facing this cyclic sequence of events. We are in a time crunch to deliver a cross signed driver package. Please help.
We do have a current EV Code signing certificate. We did create another account with hopes of being able to go through the process quickly but still firewalled. Was the attempt to use another account held against us and the first account is now deactivated? Lost...

The Microsoft Partner Center tag only handles questions about registering a developer account and publishing apps to the Microsoft Store.
For your scenario, please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Select Developer, Student and Startup Programs -> Windows Developer Center-> Account Management in the support page.
You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior. The store team could check the status of your account in the back end.
