I'm trying to avoid purchasing a 3rd party tooling for our pre-migration exercise, just to get some fancy visuals of our logical groupings of servers

however does native tooling from MS, give you a representation Server A talks to Server B and traffic ?

Hello Daniel, Welcome to MS Q&A

Azure Migrate does not directly provide all traffic information and ports between each on-premises server. However, it outlines the URLs and port requirements for various migration scenarios, such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V migrations. It specifies the ports used during agent-based and agentless migrations, as well as the URLs that need to be accessed by the migration appliances. For detailed traffic information, you would need to review the specific requirements for each migration scenario.
