Cannot add files or folders in agent knowledgebase in teams copilot agent builder

I am using the Teams copilot agent builder and when I try add files or folders in agents knowledgebase, I get an error as shown in the screenshot. Adding sharepoint site seems to work fine. What policy is it referring to in prefetch error? My understanding is that I should be able to browse and pick any files or folders.
