How to unlink contacts

In outlook i can not unlink contacts. Have tried in outlook and still linked

    Is this issue resolved now?

    Based on my research, i found that we can try the below steps to unlink contacts.

    To unlink a linked contact:

    • On the People page, select the contact, select Linked contacts on the toolbar, and then select Unlink.

    If they are still linked, you can close the window and reopen it to check if there're any differences.
