Query on Loop

One of my users has added Loop components in Outlook. The user can see Loop components in the Outlook toolbar. However, when the user tries to create a new invite, the Loop component button is disabled. Please guide me.

    Based on your description, it seems that the issue may be related to the user's account settings or connections. Here are a few steps to resolve this issue:

    1. Make sure the user is using a Microsoft 365 business account. The loop component only supports Microsoft 365 business mailboxes.
    2. Verify that the user is signed in to OneDrive for Business. Go to File > Account > Connected Services in Outlook and check OneDrive for Business. If it is not connected, the user needs to sign in.
    3. In some cases, the loop component button remains gray until the user clicks the message portion of the email or invitation.
    4. If the user belongs to an organization, check with the IT administrator to ensure that the loop component is enabled in the organization's settings.
