Based on your description, it seems that the issue may be related to the user's account settings or connections. Here are a few steps to resolve this issue:
- Make sure the user is using a Microsoft 365 business account. The loop component only supports Microsoft 365 business mailboxes.
- Verify that the user is signed in to OneDrive for Business. Go to File > Account > Connected Services in Outlook and check OneDrive for Business. If it is not connected, the user needs to sign in.
- In some cases, the loop component button remains gray until the user clicks the message portion of the email or invitation.
- If the user belongs to an organization, check with the IT administrator to ensure that the loop component is enabled in the organization's settings.
