I can not log ino my Partner center

I have created a new Azure subscription ID and Tenant ID for a separate Partner center account for our company to handle driver updates separately. Since two weeks ago my account is locked or even removed it seems and I do not understand why? I'm trying to get some trouble shooting support but it is hard as I can not log in to my Partner center account. Where or to Whom could I turn to to get personal assistance in this matter?
