Add an identity provider windows

Question

I am trying to add an identity provider because i want to deploy my ai foundry application. When i deploy my website it says that it needs authentication first and i need to add an identity provider. The problem is that everytime i add an identity provider following message is given back:

"Cannot add the Microsoft identity provider settings. Error: You do not have permission to complete the addition of the Microsoft identity provider setting with the selected type of app registration. Try using the option to provide data from an existing app registration."
