Dear Microsoft Supporter,

We are using Microsoft 365 and have encountered some issues. When we report an email from our Outlook inbox or sent items, Microsoft Exchange Center sends the report mail to the Microsoft admin account. I would like to change the Microsoft Exchange report recipient admin account. Could you please guide me on how to make this change? Currently, Microsoft Exchange Center sends the report mail to the admin account in this manner. Thank you.

    Hi @IT Support

    Welcome to our forum!

You may use Mail Flow in Exchange Admin Center, here are the detailed steps:

    • Exchange Admin Center>Log in with your admin credentials>Mail Flow(in the left-hand menu)>Rules>Find the rule that handles the reporting emails>Click to edit it>Look for the action that sends the report to the current admin account>Change the recipient to the desired admin account>Save the changes>Send a test report to ensure that the emails are now being sent to the new admin account.

    Hope it helps.

You can modify the recipient of these via the Defender portal. More specifically, go to Settings > Email & collaboration > User reported settings or directly via this link: https://security.microsoft.com/securitysettings/userSubmission

If you need detailed instructions, you can find them here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-office-365/submissions-user-reported-messages-custom-mailbox
