You may use Mail Flow in Exchange Admin Center, here are the detailed steps:
- Exchange Admin Center>Log in with your admin credentials>Mail Flow(in the left-hand menu)>Rules>Find the rule that handles the reporting emails>Click to edit it>Look for the action that sends the report to the current admin account>Change the recipient to the desired admin account>Save the changes>Send a test report to ensure that the emails are now being sent to the new admin account.
