Good afternoon. There is a problem with the OneDrive and SharePoint apps for Android. When connecting to a SharePoint 2019 On-premise or SharePoint Subscribe Edition on-premise server, data is not downloaded from the server. The application displays an animated "Loading" indicator at the top of the screen and then nothing happens, the animation can infinite "spin" . At the same time, applications on iOS/ iPad OS of equivalent versions (current as of the date of access) have all functions working.

For the experiment, OneDrive (v 6.80) and SharePoint (v 3.36.0) applications were installed from APK files, and these versions and older work without problems.

The problem with current versions of applications was reproduced on the following devices:

OneDrive 7.22.3

SharePoint 3.39.50

Samsung Galaxy S9 - Android 10 - One UI v2.5

Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 - Android 14 - One UI v6.1

Poco X3 NFC - Android 14 - MIUI 14

Realme C61 - Android 14 - Realme UI v5.0

Samsung Galaxy S23 - Android 14 - One UI 6.1.1

    Hi @Ruslan Narmatov,

Thanks for your trust. I am willing to support you.

According to the information provided and the research done, I may understand that the SharePoint App on your Android phone is not able to download the files in SharePoint Server. However, in this forum we are mainly responsible for SharePoint issues on the web or server side, we lack a relevant test environment and relevant information for the mobile side.

Currently, it would be advisable to post a new question in this community.

When you ask a new question, you can specify SharePoint App and Android. There will be teams there who have more knowledge about the mobile side to investigate the issue and help you find the root cause.
