Having issues with email deliverability to Outlook

Hi,

For some reason, our main domain got in a couple of blacklists (according to some email deliverability test platforms) and we, from time time, go to spam and our clients don't get our emails.

This happens primarily with Outlook inboxes and our account is setup with Google (Gmail), could we receive some guidance on how to "whitelist" our domain and avoid showing up in spam? We follow best practices across the board (different domain for campaigns, <30 outbound emails per day, DMARC etc set up).

Thank you,

Inigo

    Hi, @Inigo Rengifo Melia

According to your description, for some reason your domain is listed in the blacklist which results in lower email delivery rate, you can try the following steps:

1.Whitelist your domain in outlook, you can add it to the Safe Senders list.

2.You can refer to this document to create allow entries Allow or block email using the Tenant Allow/Block List - Microsoft Defender for Office 365 | Microsoft Learn

3.Ensure that SPF, DKIM, DMARC are set up correctly.

4.Use the relevant tools to check which blacklists your domain or IP may be on. Each listserv usually has a delisting request process.

5.You can contact Microsoft phone support to request that your domain or IP address be whitelisted. Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
