AZ 900 Test certification - is not populating in my profile

Hello.
I took the AZ 900 certification exam on 1/24/2025 and passed. The completed certification still does not appear in my profile or transcripts at all. I called Pearson Vue and she told me that I actually have 2 Candidate IDs that should be merged. How do I submit the form so that I can do that. I need to log my certification in the system for work. Please advise.
