Azure Local - convert cluster from switchless to switched storage networking

Question

Hello all, we are testing and reviewing Azure Local now in house and are going to test both switchless and switched storage options for deployment, but I was looking for some documentation or steps from anyone who has successfully converted their switchless to switched, or vice versa, and how they did it.

Would this require a full tear down and redeployment of the cluster and restoration of the workloads, or is this possible to do live, provided we had spare NICs on each system and could walk the storage configuration over?
