One of our D365 Ecommerce client using Bing maps is not getting proper response for the GetOrgUnitLocationsByArea API , api-version=7.3, latitude and longitude is 0 so pins are not shown

One of our D365 Ecommerce client using Bing maps is not getting proper response for the GetOrgUnitLocationsByArea API , api-version=7.3, latitude and longitude is 0 so pins are not shown in the map for store locations , please help, thanks
