Custom Speech Model Training Stuck at Processing - Cannot be canceled or deleted

Question

Steps:

1. Uploaded a zip file with one wav file - 11 seconds, and text file with the utterance.
2. Started training - the training is in "processing" stage for more than a day
3. No option to cancel and cannot delete it.

The speech resource is in "eastus" region.

Note: this has happened with two different Azure account and subscriptions.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

You can delete model training with help of commands mentioned in below doc, but you need to get the model id prior.

speechapi/models/delete

I found this old thread where it is mentioned that audio files longer than 40 seconds may cause training failures.

If it is not the case, try to create a new training task with the same data.

Otherwise, reach out please to Azure Support for assistance.
