Please i need your help on this issue.

I need help transcribing an audio file.

We are trying to transcrib an audio file by following the steps in this microsoft documenation via https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/transcribe-your-recordings-7fc2efec-245e-45f0-b053-2a97531ecf57#ID0EBH=Word_for_Microsoft_365

In the Microsoft documentation we see option to "Add all to document"

But when we tried doing it we only see option to "Add to document"

According to the description, this button is not displayed automatically. You need to hover over the section and then the Add section to document button will display.
