Unable to Renew Certificate Before Expiration Date

Hi,

I am unable to renew my certification, which is set to expire on 25th January 2025. I received a reminder email with a link to renew, but when I click the link, I see a warning stating that I must earn the certificate. Additionally, when I check my certification dashboard, the certificate does not appear in the list. If it has expired, I would expect it to still appear with an "expired" status.

Steps Taken So Far:

  • Clicked the renewal link provided in the reminder email.
  • Checked the "Certificates" section on my Microsoft Certification Dashboard.
  • Verified that my account credentials are correct and associated with the certification.

Expected Behavior: I expected to see my certification listed in the dashboard, regardless of whether it is active or expired, and to have the option to renew it before the expiration date.

    My apologies for the confusion. It turns out that I had mistakenly verified my account credentials and their association with the certification. Since I was receiving reminder emails at my Gmail address, I decided to try logging in with it. After doing so, I was able to retrieve and renew the certification successfully. Feel free to remove this question if you'd like.

    After logging in with your Gmail account where it was added as guest account in Azure Portal you were able to retrieve and renew the certification successfully.
