Totally stuck trying to get my wife into her account
Hi,
I am completely stuck trying to help my wife get into her account. We have a Teams Essentials subscription that she can no longer access. The account appears to have been set up only with Authenticator options as a 2nd step, but she somehow lost the Authenticator setup on her phone and iCloud backup was not enabled. At this point, I am challenged for MFA at every step of the process, but the only options I have are to enter a code from Authenticator or respond to a prompt in Authenticator, but neither works because Authenticator is not set up properly. I would be happy to just cancel the account at this point or get another way to log in and get it set up properly. It’s a pseudo-business account because of the subscription, so the typical consumer options don’t work.
