Hi,
A bot created in Azure with Teams Channel cannot be added to Teams for my account. I receive the error
You do not have permission to use this app here. Learn how to install this app for yourself

Check with your Teams admin. It's possible that there are tenant-wide app permission policies that are blocking the bot. Your admin can add the bot to the allowed list.
And sometimes, these permissions need admin consent in Azure AD.

I have a policy called Global (Org-wide default) and in Org-wide app settings all everything is On.
Not sure about the second part of your answer.
I ended up creating a manifest file myself and uploading the app manually

I have the same issue. In my case i am the global admin as well. Where can i give permissions to this bot?!
