outlook webversion how to use more than 1 signature?

We have an user which can use the web version for a mailbox. No possibility for her to use the Outlook Desktop version. She works on a Windows Server 2019.

In the web version she can create 1 signature, but she wants more than 1, she wants 2.

And I understand her because for that mailbox she has to reply with 2 different text: signature 1 or signature 2.

I tried some other possibilities but it just doesn't do what she wants.

Tried also, but not successful: text expander in Chrome and use shortcut for her text. (no go)

Tried also, but not successful: make the signatures in a desktop version and see if that signature is visible in the web version (no go)

What can I try more to accomplish what she wants?

Thanks for your knowledge.

Kind regards

Kurt

    Hi @Kurt Stichelmans

    Welcome to our forum!

What is the user's account? Outlook.com or something else?

Based on my research, you could add signatures on Outlook for web by going to Settings>Account>Signatures>Add your signatures>Save.

If you want to add more than one signature, click +New Signature after editing the previous one to create a new signature. You can also select the corresponding signature by dropping down the triangle to edit.

In addition, you could choose the signature you want to use for your new message or reply. More information: Create and add an email signature in Outlook - Microsoft Support User's image When you compose a New Mail, you may add the signature by going to Insert>Signature>Choose the corresponding signature. User's imageHope it helps!

Thank you for the screenshots, but the situation is a little bit different.

When I open a mailbox with the credentials of the account of that mailbox it is ok. There is a option "new signature".

But when I open (still web version) a shared mailbox and I want to use different signatures with that shared mailbox there is no option "new signature".

    User's image

So I think maybe I have to look for a free application which uses shortkeys an d I could create é shortcuts for the signatures.

But didn' t find a good application yet.
