Hi guys, I'm new to this, and I'm struggling with the very first attempt to set up a Web App. When I reach the "Review + create" tab, I can see some dots on top of the mask doing something, but that's about it. No error message, no nothing, and the Web App is not created. I have no idea what is going on.

Summary "Web App by Microsoft", then "Shared sku" stays at "Estimated price - loading...".

I have no idea what to do.

On the bottom of the page it says "Continuous deployment" Not enabled / Set up after app creation"

And the "Next" button is grayed out.

2.The portal is not refreshing properly which is why you need to refresh the page in order to see the status.
3.Issues with a specific browser might pose problems for the Azure portal. Try switching browsers or clearing your browser’s caches.

4.You might be running into issues with your deployment succeeding if you have reached the quota for your subscription or region. Try using a different regio
