There are two possible ways, one is you can log in at https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ and delete the Microsoft Authenticator registration. Just a heads up, it might ask for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access that page, so I’m not entirely sure if you'll be able to get in. If that doesn’t work out, you can reach out to your admin to help remove the device from your authentication methods. Once that’s done, you should be all set to register Microsoft Authenticator again on your device!
I accidently deleted account in my Microsoft Authenticator
I accidentally deleted my account from the Microsoft Authenticator app. Now, when I try to log in, it prompts me to enter the security code, but I no longer have access to that account in the app.
Could you please advise how I can fix this issue? If resetting or reconfiguring the authenticator is required, kindly guide me through the necessary steps.
Thank you for your assistance.

Thanks for your question.
If there is another admin they can re-require MFA for your account and you'd be prompted to set up again. If this is not the case, you will need to contact Support to help you with your account.
You won't be able to access MS resources so you'd neeed to call.
