I am setting a up a new cluster with 3 HOSTS.When deploying a virtual switch from VMM to a new Windows Server 2022 install, the Management OS adapter works until the server is rebooted, then is reported as 'Disconnected' and provides no network access.
Same issue happening on all my HOSTS.

    Hi Biju Thomas,

    Thanks for your post. Please try the following methods to improve the network performance.

    1. Edit the Virtual Machine Properties. In the Power Management under Options menu, check the “Put the guest OS into standby mode and leave the virtual machine powered on”, and put a check on the Virtual NIC under the Wake on LAN for virtual machine traffic on.
    2. Update the firmware with your manufacturing support. Firmware updates are super-important on server hardware like this. For example, see this post on the Dell forums: "DELL R720 & ESXi 5.0 Network Connectivity Loss on Intel I350 NIC"
    3. Please use multiple NICs for your management/VM network even if this is a standalone host.
