Newly created exchange 2016 public folder not showing up in Outlook

after creating a new folder it will not show up in Outlook.

    First of all, can you see public folders in OWA?

    Have you just created a public folder and granted yourself certain permissions? If so, newly created public folders are not displayed immediately after creation. So in this case, please wait 24 hours and then check if there is any improvement.

    Can other users who have been granted the same permissions view public folders in the Outlook client?
