Our Oauth app for sending emails from other clients MS accounts gets emails stuck in the outbox.

We've set up an app to read and send emails on behalf of our clients. The grant access is working and we can read emails, however when we try to send they sit in the outbox. The domain is veried and the DNS records are all done. Any ideas would be great :)
