How to contact support? I can't find the solution anywhere! The "Help + support" area does not give me any answer, sometimes it stop loading the 123123124th dropdown of detail to fill, sometimes it says that I need to send a message to Microsoft QA... really?
I received last month a billing of more than $60 even I have used nothing, either way I deleted the said resource (I have used azure only for situational dev tests) but this month the billing came again with even higher cost! I don't know what more I have to do! There is no support, there no chatbot, I can't do anything, I feel like azure chose me to steal money for no reason.
I was reluctant in writing this here but I see no way out from this nightmare! I live in Brazil and a thief with a gun never took me so much money in more than 30 years of existence.

The problem was solved by the support team and all my questions were answered.
