- Sometimes the browser cache can cause problems with the listings, please try to clear the browser cache and then check if the problem exists.
- If the problem still exists after clearing the cache, it is likely that there is an internal problem with the list, we suggest you export the data of the list and create a new list based on your exported file.
- If the problem still occurs with the recreated list, then please check the ULS logs for SharePoint Server 2019 to see the specific error message. You can share the error message with us.
