Every time I open a word document I get a run time error 53. I have fixed it before by going to the library-users-group containers-microsoft and that fixed it but now I get the error and it states the full path /Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Office365/User Content.localized/Startup/Word/linkCreation.dotm

When I attempt to go there I get to Microsoft and the only thing in that folder is Teams and nothing else. I can open the document and go to tools and unclick the linkCreation.dotm but once I close the document it starts all over again.

    Hi @Daylene

This problem recently started again after updating to Sequoia.

Please check if linkCreation.dotm is in following folder:

    [hard drive name]/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Office 365/User Content/Startup.

After deleting this file, please also go to Word for Mac, and remove Adobe add-in.
