Signature Line not displaying signature date

Question

Despite following the instructions on "Add or remove a digital signature in Office files", and despite ticking "Show sign date in signature line", the signature date DOES NOT appear on the signature.

I have also tried to add my name and title, and these do not appear either!

Hi,

You need to Sign the signature line to display the Date and Name:

Right click the signature line and select Sign option:
