Hi, I need help with my Azure subscription. I have activated Azure and used it in my app but i don't see any credit usage in https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com.

I think something must be wrong in my configuration as I'm using credits in azure, but I cannot figure this out.

Can I get some help?

    Hi @Clickeo ,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, thank you for posting your query here!

Activating an Azure sponsorship subscription typically involves a few specific steps. Here’s a general guide on how to activate and use an Azure sponsorship subscription:

    1. Ensure you have received the Azure sponsorship offer or code. This could be through an email from Microsoft, an invitation, or an event-related offer.
    2. Go to the Azure Portal.
    • Sign in using your Microsoft account or organizational account.
    1. Redeem the Sponsorship Code:
    • In the Azure Portal, click on the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
    • Select "Subscriptions" from the list.
    • Add Subscription:
    • Click on "Add" or "Add subscription" if you don’t see an option to redeem a code directly.
    • Enter Sponsorship Code:
    • Look for an option to "Redeem offer" or "Activate subscription".
      • Enter the sponsorship code you received and follow the prompts.
    1. Once the sponsorship code is redeemed, you should see the new sponsorship subscription listed under your subscriptions in the Azure Portal. Verify that the subscription is active and check its details, including the balance or credits associated with it.
    2. Monitor Usage and Credits:

    Check Usage:

    • Go to "Cost Management + Billing" in the Azure Portal to monitor your usage and remaining credits.
      • Set Up Alerts:
      • Configure alerts to notify you when your spending approaches the limit of the sponsorship credits.

If you encounter any issues during activation or if the sponsorship does not appear as expected, contact Azure subscription management support for assistance. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
